I'm not usually one for New Year's Resolutions. I had a small, unofficial list of tasks I wanted to get done this year, and I did some of them (e.g. read at least 25 books, wrote more snail mail) and didn't do some of them (e.g. run a race with my sister, finish writing a novel). But I do have one big resolution that I've made every year since I can remember. It's the one thing I pray for every single night before I go to bed (replacing "year" with "day," of course). I even addressed it in my high school commencement speech. And best of all, it's pretty simple:
What are you wishing/hoping/praying for this New Year's?
That's a great goal. I want to keep track of every book I read. - also pretty simple! Happy New Year :)
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping to stick a little closer to my monthly budget and to work out at least twice a week! By the way, I love that you're obsessing over Bojangles... I LOVE that place.
ReplyDeleteI think that's a great wish! Always important to keep making each year more awesome and special than the last :)
ReplyDeleteHi Megan...I'm a new follower and also a fellow book worm! One of my new years resolution is to read more (2 books a month). I found you through your book challenge. I am looking forward to your next one and can't wait to participate!
