I started The Night Circus on audiobook today & so far I LOVE it! I don't even have a place on the list for it, I just saw it at the library & wanted to read it.
I would love to see a comparison post of The Night Circus v. Water for Elephants if you read both. I've read WfE but didn't like it too much. Just not my style.
I'll go post my list on the blog now & send you the link. :)
I really hope I make it through this challenge.
I'm in for the challenge! I posted about it on my blog today, linked up on your original post, and came back from the library yesterday with a few books to get me started! It was torture to wait until today to start one, but I held out and am now happily reading away! :-)
Me too on holding out!!
Hi Megan, I posted my picks on my blog. And I have to say, your choice for book (One Day) by author you've never read before is one of my favorite books! Can't wait to get started.
Wow sounds like a great challenge - I've been so bad at reading lately, I don't think I can sign up for it. But I'm currently reading a book I've never read, by an author I've never read! So go me?
Well now you've got me thinking. I better start on my tentative list now!
Truman Capote is one of my all time favorites -- does a short story count? His "A Christmas Memory" is amazing
I wish I had time to participate in this challenge! You're going to love Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close. What a fantastic book :)
The only one I'm having issues with is the find an author with your initials.
Thank you for doing this again. I had a blast with the summer reading! :D
