Photo a Day: August

Now that it's almost time to share my snapshots from September, I'm finally getting my August photo a day challenge up! I was doing pretty well until I hit the road for my first month as a Leadership Consultant, and then I started failing pretty miserably. Here's what I was able to capture last month:

2. This picture was a bit of a stretch, but I decided to go with "The one and only: The Braves."

4. I had the pleasure of sitting at the head table of my good friend's wedding in early August. We graduated high school together and used to double-date a lot, so I was so honored when she asked me to be a bridesmaid! (Way-overdue pictures of that night will hopefully be coming soon.)

6. If anyone feels like writing me a letter, you can send it to Alpha Delta Pi headquarters and it will get to me eventually. :)

7. At 8 p.m. the night before my first chapter visit, I had to make sure all my goodies were charged up for my cross-country flight to Washington State University. I ended up sleeping the entire flight though.....
9. It may be messy living out of a suitcase (or two), but I wouldn't have it any other way.
10. I can't believe I've been wearing this ring for more than six years now. It was a confirmation gift from my then-and-still-now boyfriend.
11. Foursquare tip: Don't wear purple at Washington State. They really don't like those Huskies.
